Qing Dynasty Leisure Seal by Yao Yuanzhi Gourd Shape
Attractive, antique leisure seal, carved by the seal carver 姚元之 Yao Yuanzhi (? – 1852). Black-green stone, well carved.
As actual seal 8 characters have been carved: 大學士方岳貢之章 Da xue-shi fang yue gong zhi zhang (seal which tributes to the great, honest scholars).
Side inscription: 元之作 Yuanzhi zuo
