Antique Chinese Boxwood Toggle with movable Fish
Attractive old Chinese boxwood carving from begin of last century (Netsuke, Toggle) in shape of a lotus leaf next a lotus calyx Form.
The leaf forms a river with a fish which can be moved back and forth.
By moving the fish one can conjure prosperity. The lotus seeds can be moved too.
2,4 x 2,4 x 1,1 inches (5,9 x 5,8 x 3,1 cm). Good condition.
Minor surface irritation at upper part, left of the calyx but no crack.
